Rental Policy

- 2 consecutive night rental minimum, except at Christmas-time (12/19/08 through 1/4/09) which is 1 week minimum.

- $200 deposit required at time of booking to confirm your reservation (deposit will be applied to total charge)

- Full amount (balance) due 7 days prior to arrival date or at time of booking, whichever is sooner.

- Full amount refundable (including initial $200 deposit) if cancelled at least 30 days prior to arrival date; Non-refundable thereafter.

- Visa and MasterCard accepted

- We're sorry, but no Pets or Smoking are allowed on-property. Violation is subject to a $200 per night non-compliance fine.
